Subic Homes

After spending a whole weekend at Subic Bay, here's another homestay review to make...

Location - ★★★★★

I personally like the location of Subic Bay Homes, being so near to the heart of Subic Bay Freeport Zone. You can drive your way (or practically, bike it) to Subic Bay's commercial centers and recreational areas in just a few minutes. The tranquility of the place also makes it an ideal location for those who want an escape from the bustling city life. With that, I'm giving five stars for Subic Homes' location.

Service and Facilities  - ★★★★

It's safe to say that they got everything you'll need in a vacation house, cable TV, warm bath, fully furnished kitchen and dining, grill, parking area, centralized airconditioning, clean towels, comfy beds and sofas. They also have swimming pool, which is really cool. Too bad wi-fi, which for me is an important thing, is not available. I'm giving four stars for their facilities and service.

Food and Drinks - ★★★

Five stars for Food and Drinks because they're easily accessible. The nearest dining place is a few minutes drive from Subic Homes. In Subic Bay, there's a lot  to choose from, there are fast foods, cafes, and high-end restaurants. In fact, if you're a guest in Subi Homes, you can avail discounts to some partner restaurants such as Aristocrat, FIC Summer Cafe, and Fling Frozen Yogurt. But of course, if you don't feel like going out of your villa, you can buy groceries and cook them yourself in the kitchen.

Cleanliness and Coziness - ★★★★★

Each villa is truly clean and cozy. I smiled upon entering one of Subic Homes' villa because the smell that welcomed us was totally fresh and fragrant (a big plus for that). Both the bathroom and bedroom are spacious and very homey (which is also great).

Affordability - ★★★

Its price is not that expensive, but not too cheap as well (check their rates here). Since their villas are ideal for groups (4's, 6's and 8's), you can always divide the cost to everyone so it would be cheaper.
